News or Events

  • Upcoming Schedule Changes [NEW]
Please take note of some upcoming changes in our schedules. First, May 19 will be the last day of Sunday School before summer break. Sunday School will resume September 8.

Also, the Divine Service will be changing to our summer schedule, so starting June 2 through August 25, Sunday Divine Service will be at 9am instead of 10am (an hour earlier, June through August). We will return to our normal 10am schedule on September 1.

Please feel free to contact the church office with any questions.

  • Ascension Day Service May 30 [NEW]
Immanuel will be hosting the Ascension Day Service for our circuit on Thursday May 30 at 7pm. Following the service, we will also be providing refreshments for whoever wishes to join us in fellowship. Everyone is welcome. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church is a congregation of Christians, who gather together regularly to hear the Word of God preached, and receive the holy communion of Christ's very body and blood of the forgiveness of sins and the strengthening of faith. Such purpose is rooted in the tradition observed by the Christian community shortly after the ascension of Christ into heaven. And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. (Acts 2:42, ESV)
